Shanti Circle
Welcome to the Shanti Circle!! "Shanti" is a Sanskrit word meaning "peace". These next six weeks will be an intentional reset to cultivate sustainable peaceful practices that you can do every single day.
In today's world, there is so much overstimulating, too much information, always on the go, always connected, always turned on energy. However, we weren't made to be living computers or worker bees. We are spirits having a human experience and the life we live here on Earth should be a reflection of that.
I am so excited to share my favorite philosophies and rituals for staying connected to what really matters- the love and light the exists within our souls.
