My name is Hart Emilia Williams and I am a hatha yoga teacher, reiki master & womb healer. Originally from Colorado. I am now practicing out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota where I teach at local yoga studios and serve my community. I am also studying to become an Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach and set to graduate in 2025.

Mataji Wellness is my holistic health practice where I help women connect to their divine feminine power through yoga, reiki, ayurveda and womb healing. In 2021, I became pregnant with my wonderful daughter and decided to study perinatal yoga as well as birth work and all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum. As a certified holistic doula, I am especially passionate about the perinatal spectrum and working with expecting and new mamas.

Mataji is a Sanskrit word translating to "mother goddess" and describes respected mothers, aunties, spiritual leaders and feminine teachers who pass down the practices of self care, living in balance with our inner seasons as well as with the world around us and the divine feminine wisdom that we all connect with through our intuition. Mataji Wellness is a space to discover the magic within and the divinity all around. It is a hub of self empowerment for sisters, mothers, aunties and goddesses.

As I dive into my Ayurveda studies I am reminded more and more that everything has the potential to be medicine. Everything is sacred. Our bodies are holy ground.

Through connecting to my inner divine goddess, I have found my path to healing. My inner sun goddess who forages the forest and finds medicine in herbs, flowers, barefoot grounding and connecting with nature.
& My inner moon goddess who finds her magic within. Dancing under a full moon, connecting to her yoga and meditation practice and creating beautiful art in every way she knows how.

Through all of these modalities and inspirations, Mataji Wellness has blossomed. This practice continues to ebb, flow and evolve as I do. Wherever we find ourselves on this journey…thank you so much for being here.

Peace, love, namaste

Hart
